DAILY ACTIONS IMPROVEMENT GOALS



Day 1 Sunday 10th of September 2023

I will search for the definition of Learning in my school, and ask my colleagues if they are aware of it.

Day 2 Monday 11th of September 2023

I will think about the reason that hinders us as a school from having collective efficacy. 

Day 3 Tuesday 12th of September 2023

I will reflect on my practices and look for the characteristics that make me an effective teacher and how I can improve and be a more effective teacher.

Day 4 Wednesday 13th of September 2023

I will try to use ChatGPT in my planning for year 8 class.

Day 5 Thursday 14th of September 2023

I will work on determining the enduring understanding of the topic i am currently teaching. 

Day 6 Friday 15th of September 2023

I will gather more information about the student and class profile that can serve my study in a better way.


Day 7 Saturday 16th of September 2023


I will work on my enduring understanding again, before I plan for the lessons of the unit.

  REFLECTION Day 1 Sunday 10th of September 2023 In our groups we discussed the definition of Learning and we compared the three definitions that we wrote. The impactful goal that I found in this lesson was that as teachers we need to think about the definition of Learning in our schools and what evidence can we use to measure if learning is happening in the class  how can we provide more opportunities for learning.   DAILY ENTRIES Day 1 Sunday 10th of September 2023 In our groups we discussed the definition of Learning and we compared the three definitions that we wrote. I wrote that Learning is a life long process that nurtures individuals and improves their performance. My partners wrote: Learning is a process that leads to change which results of experience and increases the potential for improved performance and future learning. Some schools do not have a clear definition of Learning in their vision and mission, but we as teachers should search for it in our schools and impact others in our school community.
